This one is in Villigen. The grazing land is actually on a slope but the sheep remain undeterred. The patches of snow almost look like puffs of clouds to me ...
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Soap suds on my grandmother's washing tub ...
The snow does look like soap suds or clouds!
Poor little guy. He looks lonely.
Yep, could have been clouds if it hadn't been for the black sheep of the family strolling around.
Little fluffy clouds it looks like. I hope the little guy finds a patch of green.
Julie: I like the soap suds comparison.
Tanya: Funny, isn't it?
Halcyon: It's all in the cropping of the photo. There are about ten other sheep in the same enclosure.
Per: Interestingly, the majority of the sheep in this group is black.
Babooshka: Not to worry, I think they're well tended to.
It looks like a WB photo. Very nice ! This sheep has the cloudy sky under their legs...
Wow. It looks amazing. The snow does look like clouds.
