Stein am Rhein Restaurant Adler

The hotel and restaurant Adler in Stein am Rhein. The facade painting was done by the illustrator Alois Carigiet in 1956. His work for children's books earned him the Hans Christian Andersen award in 1966.

A butcher shop in the town of Stein am Rhein in canton Schaffhausen. I've lined up some more photos of decorated building fronts from Stein am Rhein over the next few days.
