I should have said something about the Brugg pictogram. The word Brugg is probably related to Brücke (bridge) and probably refers to the old bridge across the Aare. The drawing represents the bridge and the tower next to it. This old post here illustrates what I mean: 20070619 The tower and the bridge
:) it's not Christmas yet!!!!! beautful shade of red though.......My husband and I had decided long back that between the two of us we''ll try to have one red car......we have kept our promise :)
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Camera and other information at the foot of the page. 20150322

Great shade of red for the little caboose!
I like red (and black & white). A nice photo!
Red is my favorite color, so I won't complain.
Love the castle on the train door. Very neat!
That's a beaut! Always love seeing trains esp red (and yellow, and green, and blue). Nice photo.
Could be the theme for ABC wednesday or day theme.
This loco looks very nice !
