Bee illustration
A bee house on wheels? I don't know what this is actually, but the graphic captured my interest.
An aside: The Large Hadron Collider at CERN, located near Geneva on the Swiss-French border, is being powered up today. There are some fabulous photos of H?? at CERN on Boston.com (link thru Google). So glad CH is still there!
I'm worried that I haven't seen ANY bees round Aesch this summer....
Re LHC. shame it has to shut down. I was rather hoping that it would precipitate another "big bang" - if only to see the looks on all the creationists faces!
Richard: It is strange that there would be an absence of bees in your part when we seem to have enough here. Re: the LHC, I could imagine the collective groans of all the grad students who are itching to get data so that they can finally graduate!
