Who and why
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. Camera information
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M10 (2014). Main lens: Panasonic 20mm f/1.7. Zoom/macro: Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f/2.8. Until mid-2014 I had an Olympus PEN-EP2 (2010). Up until June 2010 I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 (2006). Occasionally there may appear photos taken with either a Nikon Coolpix 950 that I've had since 2000 or a used Nikon Coolpix 990 I acquired in 2009.

Grapevines are such beautiful plants at any time of year. This looks like a happy and healthy vineyard.
It sure looks like a healthy vineyard. That poor tractor would be swallowed up if it stayed there too long.

USelaine: Indeed, some people in the village use grapevines in the manner of wisteria or clematis.
Julie: A neighboring one, this one is more central to the village than the one you referred to (I think). It's this one. Click on the Besserstein label to see other related posts.
