Who and why
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. Camera information
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M10 (2014). Main lens: Panasonic 20mm f/1.7. Zoom/macro: Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f/2.8. Until mid-2014 I had an Olympus PEN-EP2 (2010). Up until June 2010 I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 (2006). Occasionally there may appear photos taken with either a Nikon Coolpix 950 that I've had since 2000 or a used Nikon Coolpix 990 I acquired in 2009.

This is beautiful indeed! Lighting and colour combination are neat.
It didn't look cloudy to me.
I'm actually intrigued with the wheat (?) farm in the foreground.
Oh Yes ! Beautiful combination of colours. Light on churh tower and crop, very nice ! Harvesting has surely been stopped because of the weather I suppose. I heard about the very bad weather in Switzlerland.
I really like this photo. It has old world oil painting in it.

This is a stunning photo. Evrything is perfect: contrast, light, colours. Really great !
Aah, so the barley harvest has started on time! Looks likea very nice "stand" not beaten down by this horrible rain that is frustrating my theming schemes.
I loved the cows locking horns. Our Petersham meadow cows soon establish their order on arrival. Who's the "Missis" soon becomes clear.
