The Roman amphitheater in Avenches in canton Vaud. Every summer, an opera is organized here. This year it will be Lucia di Lammermoor.

The history alone is amazing, but to actually still be using it today… wow.
You know I wouldn't mind having such an ampitheater in my back yard.
Its so cool :)
I saw Carmen there a few years ago. Make sure to bring something to sit on and a blankie. Those stones get cold at night!
