Guten Tag, Z! Great tractor picture. I have a John Deere tractor with matching color garage coming up soon. Ich fahre gleich nach Fuerstentum Liechstenstein! Herzliche GruBe von Eagan Daily photo
It's an old-timer ! Have you seen the new monsters, for the work on the fields. There is an uncertainty about the compaction of soils. Huge tractor with even larger trailers compress the ground. Not the red one !!
Wellingtonia: Yes, the new monsters (or at least baby monsters - I'm not an expert on tractors) are also here, though they're parked in different areas.
Lady: I think it is still functioning, and it pays off to take care of it. Farm machinery is expensive.
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Camera and other information at the foot of the page. 20150322

I love this pic Z. It really wants to come out, but a little unsure of herself...
Still in use? It looks like a collectors' item.

Shaun: Hadn't thought of it that way. I like it!
AB: I think it is still in use.
Leif: Grüezi! When exactly do you come this way?

You really put your all into the title of this post, Z!
It looks quite cosy in there and would only be worked into the ground out here!
