Who and why
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. Camera information
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M10 (2014). Main lens: Panasonic 20mm f/1.7. Zoom/macro: Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f/2.8. Until mid-2014 I had an Olympus PEN-EP2 (2010). Up until June 2010 I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 (2006). Occasionally there may appear photos taken with either a Nikon Coolpix 950 that I've had since 2000 or a used Nikon Coolpix 990 I acquired in 2009.

The previous post deleted due to spelling mistake.
As I see it, the tree in front of the building has a crazy pattern which confuses the entire image.
Baron: Your comments have been a little too positive of late, if I may say so. Are you feeling bad about your comment on the swan photo and are trying to make it make up for it? If so, please reconsider! I can only improve my photography if I get truthful criticism from my readers. I may not always agree with your opinions, but if they're well thought out and serious, they're valuable to me.
This is soooo beautiful. I feel like I'm there on the spot. Superb photo. (No criticism required for this one.)
