Photos from Villigen, Switzerland and surroundings
We're back in Villigen. Can you even see the fountain? This one has been a difficult one to photograph because of the shadow cast by the house on the left and the wide range of light intensities in the area.
Click on the fountains label below to see other examples around Villigen and beyond.

I thought that you and your Swiss readers might be interested to know that today and yesterday I have posted photos of a little bit of Switzerland that has been recreated in Costa Rica. A Swiss family started by building a Swiss barn in 1989, then they built a Swiss house, restaurant and small hotel.
They have now built a chapel and have imported the railroad equipment from Switzerland to build a private railway 3 km, complete with bridges and tunnels, to a moutaintop restaurant.
You can see a few photos on my website, and there is a link to the website of the Swiss hotel.
Thanks for the tip Dave. I enjoyed reading about the hotel.
