I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. What a lovely manger scene. I love the way they made the sheep. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
I hope you had a day of fun but also of quiet contemplation, Z. Now to look ahead to the new year.
Very nice decoration !
Wellingtonia: You make a good point. Perhaps more of the flock will look for the shepherd now that they're faced with so many problems..
Lavenderlady: Likewise! Thank you so much for your visits and comments.
Julie: We did manage some time of reflection and thanksgiving for all the blessings we enjoy. Best wishes to you and your loved ones.
Lynette: Thank you, and the same to you and your family!
Claude: I'm glad you like it. I think it is very nice as well. Hope you're having a lovely holiday, and I'll "see" you on your blog soon!
Z, I am back from my summer holiday and have very much enjoyed looking through your Winter Christmas scenes.
I am a little late but Frohe Festtage to you and yours too.
I think this is my most favorite manger scene that I've seen yet. Lovely.
I've been missing such wonderful shots of your local decorations while I've been out of touch! Wishing you a belated Merry Christmas.
