One of the trees from yesterday's photo is visible in the background. And that's corn/maize growing on just to the right of the path in the foreground.
Now, why on earth did noone comment on this image? It has such interest: where does the road go?
I'm gathering that this is private property as the road is ungraded and the corn is unfenced. I like the seeds at the top of the corn. I was going to call them tassles but that is the stuff coming out of the top of the cob itself, I think.
The road becomes a dirt road and comes to a T-junction. The only reason I've seen fences here is to keep animals in (or out, in a couple of instances.) About private vs not private, gosh, I haven't given a thought to that in some time!
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Camera and other information at the foot of the page. 20150322
