I had no idea what Steve was talking about with his comment about my magnolia bud being intruiging and being only able to see half of it.
On my monitor at home and at work, I am able to see entire images and have not had any thus far that have been chomped. Could you recall if they are landscape or portrait or a mix of both? Are you on a Mac? Do you use Firefox or otherwise? Have you ever seen this effect on other blogs? I will take this information to Typepad if you are able to provide it.
Not quite sightseeing, Z .. the occasion was a marriage (the daughter of "Bären-Hans", a farmer from Remigen) in our "Trotte", the cultural event center of Villigen.
Insider: Thank you for the information! So, these people were probably not Villigers, eh? False title! I thought it might have been a wedding party, given the pearls and hats the women were wearing and the suits on the men, plus the fact that it was a Saturday... makes perfect sense!
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Camera and other information at the foot of the page. 20150322

Must have been sightseeing! Looks like a crowd.
Sightseeing what, I wonder.
