Yes, the lighting has produced a wonderfully warm image. Abandonment and decay are enticing, aren't they? This web was once a complex system that is no longer under nightly maintenance. However, is that an egg sac that I spy? Maybe the hope of regeneration lies within.
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Camera and other information at the foot of the page. 20150322

Ohhh, I like this! The lighting for capturing the web is just right.

What a beautiful picture.
Like the intricacies of the cobweb versus the texture of the wood.
Thanks for sharing!
Nice picture ! Every two days with a broom I remove many spiderwebs under the porch.
Neat pic of the web. I like it!
