Gruetzi Z, Glad you showed the broken stuff too. Sometimes Swiss towns and villages look like out of a fairy tale. Like, TOO charming. But you know, now I look again. . . and even these broken panes are charming in their own way!
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I agree, a little "decay" is very evocative of the cycle of things. This is a rich atmospheric shot. The pane breakers are probably in prison now. ;^)
