Blackbird
I was on my way to the library and had stopped on the old bridge in Brugg to look at the churning waters of the Aare down below when this bird caught my ear with his exuberant song.
Does anyone know what tree that is? It seems to be perennial.

lovely capture - I'm not up on trees but we've a lot of that same stuff round here - is it some kind of laurel?
I agree with you and with hyde do about the tree.
I think it is a kind of virginia creeper.
This whistling blackbird is very beautiful. Blackbirds whistle very hard !
