I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I eat cabbage, but I'm not a fan.
I like the texture in this picture. I like uncooked cabbage the best in a salad mixture.

How do you eat green cabbage. Those ones reminds me the Grünkohl we eat in Germany. I prefere white and red cabbage.
