Wagon wheel and keypad
The juxtaposition caught my eye as I was walking through the village yesterday. Unfortunately, this is one of those cases where the CCD registers less than the eye. The range of light and shadow was too much for my camera and the details of the hub are obscured.

...ah, so too are cursed with this "feeling, seeing, but not capturing" thing.
Have tried a bit of Post Processing or braketing the exposure? (Sure you have...but it's just a thought).

Chucky: I spent as much time on such devices as I cared to, and didn't make enough progress to make me happy, so I gave up. I still have ideas to try, but don't have the time. Of course, there are those other times when the camera captures more information than I do, so maybe it all works out in the end.
The color tones and texture are very pretty.
