Two little birds
One of my neighbors has bird feeders in our shared backyard area and these little creatures have recently started to avail themselves of the offerings. I spent many happy moments photographing them. The runner-up to this photo is on my overflow blog:
Four little birds
Update: Thanks to reader Alice for identifying these as the blue tit (Parus or Cynanistes caeruleus - Wikipedia entry about them here).

Bluetits! I have their numerous brothers and sisters right in front of my kitchen window...
My wife and I are coming to Geneva tomorrow for a few days, so hopefully I'll find interesting photos to take like yours.
You can be psd with this one, Z. Very attractive poses.
Could have been taken here as well. The interesting thing with these little creatures is that they're often more interested in guarding their territory and fighting than actually eating. When I provide food in two distinct spots, I often notice that all the birds are in one spot fighting it out. The other is quiet.
These birds are very cheery and colorful.
very pretty :)
Damn - I wish I could eat upside down. I wish I could do ANYTHING upside down
