Ham House again....sorry, I may have misunderstood you. Yes, the staggered windows are a huge stairwell. As I said, the bay windows have rooms, as normal. Give me an e amiladdress and I can send a snap of the stairwell if you like.

Cherry Gdn.....you see it as laid out in 17th century, and there is a document that mentions "cherry trees". This year a couple of cherry trees have been placed in tubs, but apart from the documented ref. no cherries were planted there for a very long time.
