Who and why
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. I was on a long LONG break, and now I post only sporadically although I still have hopes of posting more regularly. Thanks for stopping by and drop me a line if you have questions or comments. Camera information
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M10 (2014). Main lens: Panasonic 20mm f/1.7. Zoom/macro: Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f/2.8. Until mid-2014 I had an Olympus PEN-EP2 (2010). Up until June 2010 I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 (2006). Occasionally there may appear photos taken with either a Nikon Coolpix 950 that I've had since 2000 or a used Nikon Coolpix 990 I acquired in 2009.

Claude: For me, the lilacs are the ones that have the glorious scent. I'll have to get some photos of those.
I'm happy for you to be obsessed with wisteria if all the shots are as lovely as this. Here the wisteria only blooms briefly in spring. Then the vine which is very vigorous causes me grief all through summer as I try to keep it from climbing the trees beside the fence on which it grows.
Update to Lady's question: The blooms definitely die back after spring. Whether there's a second round, I don't know. But certainly not all the plants around here bloom at the same time. There seems to be a couple of weeks over which all the wisteria burst forth.
