As I looked back at the last few posts I noticed that the color red appeared in all of the photos so I'm going to run with the theme.

Who and why
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. Camera information
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M10 (2014). Main lens: Panasonic 20mm f/1.7. Zoom/macro: Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f/2.8. Until mid-2014 I had an Olympus PEN-EP2 (2010). Up until June 2010 I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 (2006). Occasionally there may appear photos taken with either a Nikon Coolpix 950 that I've had since 2000 or a used Nikon Coolpix 990 I acquired in 2009.

I should have said something about the Brugg pictogram. The word Brugg is probably related to Brücke (bridge) and probably refers to the old bridge across the Aare. The drawing represents the bridge and the tower next to it. This old post here illustrates what I mean:

:) it's not Christmas yet!!!!! beautful shade of red though.......My husband and I had decided long back that between the two of us we''ll try to have one red car......we have kept our promise :)
