Who and why
I started this blog in Jan 2007 as a member of the City Daily Photo family representing the village of Villigen. I'm a transplant to Switzerland and keeping the blog was a way for me to keep a record of new things I learnt while sharing with others. Camera information
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M10 (2014). Main lens: Panasonic 20mm f/1.7. Zoom/macro: Olympus M.Zuiko 60mm f/2.8. Until mid-2014 I had an Olympus PEN-EP2 (2010). Up until June 2010 I used a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 (2006). Occasionally there may appear photos taken with either a Nikon Coolpix 950 that I've had since 2000 or a used Nikon Coolpix 990 I acquired in 2009.

Oooohhh ! What a nice picture ! Very green ! They is a cornfield just close our garden but the landscape is not so beautiful ! But it is very green too ! because of the rain.

it looks like a good healthy crop! it must be the year for good crops...at least in some places. My mother called me to tell me they had cut the wheat and it made a lot of bushels per acre...almost 51 average. this is very unusual for her area.
